  15.      _q_u_o_t_a displays users' or projects' disk usage (in kilobytes) and limits.
  16.      Only the super-user may use the optional _i_d_n_a_m_e argument to view the
  17.      limits of another user or project.

  19.      If a ----nnnn flag is supplied, _q_u_o_t_a will only display user's or project's
  20.      quotas for local file systems.  Remotely mounted file systems are
  21.      ignored.

  23.      If a ----jjjj flag is supplied, _q_u_o_t_a will report project quotas.  If the -j
  24.      flag isn't supplied, _q_u_o_t_a will report user quotas.

  26.      Normally, output pertaining to only those filesystems where the user or
  27.      project has exceeded its quota is displayed.  The ----vvvv flag causes _q_u_o_t_a to
  28.      report the user's or project's quotas even if they have not been
